Rivergate Industrial District Facility

This facility is located in North Portland’s Rivergate Industrial District in an import enterprise zone that offers tax investment savings. Schlesinger Companies assembled and led the development team, consisting of MacKenzie/Saito & Associates as architect, MacKenzie Engineering, Inc., and McCormack Pacific as general contractor. The result was an effective combination of distribution center and office space completed on budget in six months. The two-story building offers 124,000 square feet of single-story distribution space and 13,500 square feet of two-story office space.
