Initially founded as the Ralph Schlesinger Company, Schlesinger Companies and its affiliates have an 80-year history of developing, acquiring, and managing landmark Pacific Northwest properties. Headquartered in downtown Portland, Schlesinger Companies has developed and acquired real estate holdings in California, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Schlesinger Companies’ portfolio currently includes retail, industrial, office, multifamily, and commercial parking space. This vast experience across various uses gives Schlesinger Companies a keen understanding of the real estate development industry and product in several markets across the western United States.
