Schlesinger Companies purchased the DaVita Building located at 3524 NE Sandy Boulevard on March 29, 2017. The 8,275 square foot building is new construction completed in 2017. The building is the new home for DaVita Dialysis Clinic which serves hundreds of Portland residents daily. DaVita Healthcare Partners, Inc. is a Fortune 500 Company with over 2,000 outpatient dialysis centers serving over 8 million people.
