Schlesinger Companies actively manages its own portfolio. Internal management allows for personal and long lasting business relationships with our tenants. By negotiating leases that are equitable for both the Tenant and Landlord, we are able to achieve high retention rates in our properties. Although we are actively involved in lease negotiations and on-going management, we work with the brokerage community to assist in creating these relationships.
